Paul Davis
Principal Engineer & Managing Director
Paul Davis is a chartered professional engineer listed on the National Professional Engineer Register with Engineers Australia.
He graduated from the University of Queensland in 1987 and has been a practising structural engineer ever since.
After working with a well known consulting firm and then as chief engineer of a timber engineering company, Paul formed Project X Solutions in 1998.
Through Project X he has provided quality and innovative engineering solutions to a wide range of customers.
As a sideline, for over 20 years, Paul has written a monthly column in the timber industry magazine TimberTrader News. The aim of the column is to convey technical information to the timber prefabrication industry – in an easy to read and entertaining way!
Paul also holds a patent for a flood-resistant housing system.
